This fantastic, complete Learn to Run 5k program runs (wink, wink) over the course of 10 weeks. This program includes: 10x Learn to Run Podcasts - I will guide you through each interval, telling you when to start running and when to take your breaks. Each podcast includes stories, jokes, and music to keep you going through your run. All you need to do is press play. 2x Strength Classes - these pre-recorded strength classes will help you become a stronger, faster runner. They are highly recommended, but optional. One class is a low-impact Butts n Guts class and the other is a low-impact LIFT class. A resistance band and dumbbells are used. 1x Deep Stretch Class - it's important that you take the time each week to stretch out those muscles. This gentle yoga class is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling blissful, relaxed, and restored. - Running Intervals (so you know what to mentally prepare for) - Printable Calendar (so you can track your progress) - Program Schedule (so you know what to do & when to do it) Although this program runs over 10 weeks, you have access to it for 12 in case you miss a day (or two).
