Butts n Guts with Mel is an on-going glute and core focused training program. This low-impact, core strengthening, booty building program is the bees knees for anyone looking to move their bodies mindfully, get stronger, and have a little fun while you do it. We focus on similar movement patterns each week during the program, so you can master the exercises and get stronger while improving your performance. This also makes this program great for beginners, or anyone getting back into a fitness routine. Each week we will aim to increase the intensity of our workouts and how well we execute the exercises. The program includes 5 workouts to be completed 4 times each month. This repetition is required so you can progress and improve on these movements before you’re introduced to new ones in the next program. Members have access to a private group, with motivation, wellness tips and support to stay on track, and overcome obstacles while you’re trying to achieve your goals. But let’s just take a hot minute and drop a truth bomb, okay? It’s hard work, consistency and time that’s going to give you the results you want. There are no quick fixes, you have to commit. A couple of months from now you can look back and wish you had started today, or you can literally just start today. The choice is yours. Program Includes: A step by step, 28-day plan including your workouts, rest days, demos and tutorials. You have access to the content for 3 months.
