10 days. 10 minutes per day. You can do this - no excuses! This is a low-impact, core focused challenge. No props or equipment are required, all exercises are bodyweight. No experience is required either! Seriously - let's do this! Side note - I (Mel) don't typically train my core. I obviously had to complete this 10 Day Challenge and I'm not going to lie - I ABS-olutely (see what I did there) noticed a difference. I really did. It was on Day 8, during the oblique crunches I didn't have to take a break part way through! Exciting times! I HIGHLY recommend that you do commit to this Challenge and do your 10 minute "anywhere abs" every day for the next 10 days. You WILL notice a difference if you do! You will have access to the content of this Challenge for 30 days from your date of purchase. Feel free to access the content as many times as you like for those 30 days.
