This 10 Day Challenge is all about your Booty. Let's give that Booty a Boost, that Peach a Pump, let's make that Booty POP! 10 Days. 10 minutes per day. You can do this. In fact, you want to do this! Who doesn't want a stronger, perkier, more lifted behind? A loop resistance band is used in this Challenge, but you don't have to have one to participate.
